Decrease left margins on blockquotes to 1em. 
It is intentionally impossible to add borders to blockquotes via CSS:
<https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-23244>.

Fix window placement on wayland and add close buttons 
We explicitly set a parent. We can't assign to
ApplicationWindow.transientParent though, only to
Window.transientParent, so we just call setTransientParent in C++.
